Cancellation Policy
Items that are booked with a projected shipping date are known as pre-ordered items. The dates of estimated shipment are only estimates and could vary according on the vendor. You will, of course, be informed as soon as this is known. At the time of reservation, full payment is required for all pre-orders. When the item(s) are prepared for shipping, customers will receive an email notification. Pre-orders are handled the same as regular sales. Once an order is finished and assigned an order number, it cannot be cancelled.
Shipping & Delivery
Kiva Studio currently sends products to both domestic and international addresses. Except for pre-orders, which have an expected ship date, purchased items will be dispatched within 5-7 business days (not including weekends) following the date of purchase.
On request, next-day shipment is available for an extra $35 in shipping costs. For overnight shipment, all orders must be placed by 2 PM EST. Since no signature is needed upon delivery, in the event that your package is misplaced, stolen, or goes missing, you will bear full responsibility. There won’t be a refund.
Shipping will almost certainly be delayed during the holidays. In addition to the 5-7 business days (excluding weekends) shipping policy, please add a 1-3 day window.
